6. You will then receive an acknowledgment email from us stating that the order has been received. Your order will only be confirmed after verification of the delivery address and credit card details have been approved. You will receive the confirmation email once all those details have been successfully verified, then your item(s) will be shipped!
If any of your item(s) ordered are unavailable at our warehouse, we will try out best to locate them from BOHOLOGY.COM stores. You will be informed if the items are out-of-stock, and your payment for the unavailable item(s) will not be processed.

If you need to exchange an item, you must return the item in its original packaging and condition within 14 days after receiving your order. Once you have returned the items, you will be refunded according to our returns policy. You have the option to receive the refund as credit, which allows you to purchase the replacement item seamlessly and quickly. Note that once you have requested for exchange of an item, if you wish to repurchase the item at a different size, you would need to replace the order.
